CCR_WiFi_Power_Mode
sets the WiFi adapter's power saving mode to "active power".

The WiFi adapter has 3 different power modes:
The default power mode when the adapter starts is "extreme low power". The ccr_wifi_power_mode.sh
script automatically changes the adapter to place it into "active power". On a BeagleBone with no wireless device, this script does nothing.
