Darknet/YOLO Keypoints & Skeletons

Support for MSCOCO-style keypoints and top-down skeletons was added to Darknet V3.

Note that keypoints and skeletons are still in development, and as can be seen in the images below is not yet ready for use in production.

More information on the Darknet::Keypoints API can be found on the Darknet/YOLO Doxygen web site.

There are 18 classes. They are the same as the 17 MSCOCO-style keypoints, with the addition of 1 other "person" class needed for top-down keypoint grouping.
